Text Box: Spiced Venison Loin Chops
Papaya, Mango & Kiwi Salsa 
Salsa:
1 Large Papaya ( not too Ripe)
1 Mango (not too Ripe)
2 to 3 Kiwis depending on size
1 Medium dakion  radish
1/2 chopped red onion
3 cloves garlic minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro

Chop Papaya, Mango, Kiwi and white radish in to a 1/2 inch cubes. Mix all ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to let the flavors mix together. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Chops:
4  Cervena Loin chops

Rub the chop with a little olive oil and then coat the venison with the spice rub and let marinate for at least 4 hours.
Heat grill and grill the chops for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.  Be careful not to over cook as the venison is very lean and can dry out easily.
Spice Rub:
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp. Turmeric
1/2 Tsp. Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Coarse Sea Salt
